Please don’t let the name fool you, this is anything but just a hamburger marinade. I marinated a brisket in it for 24 hours, then smoked it. Amazing. It’s even excellent on chicken. Try it, you won’t regret it.

I mixed 1/8 cup with enough ground beef for 2 burgers. Formed 2 patties and cooked in the air fryer. The taste was so delicious, my husband wanted the same meal the next day!
